It's important to me that when I hire someone to train me. They are knowledgeable and also a great motivator. With Rob I got both, it's been difficult for me in the past to achieve my fitness goals. With many preexisting injuries doing a regular routine can lead to injuries. So it's important that I don't get a one size fits all workout routine. I met Robert when I was about to turn 59 years old. He interviewed me about being my personal trainer. I weighed 326 lbs. with no real motivation in training on a daily basis but I knew I had to do something. You see I had 4 stents in my aorta and the cardiologist warned doing nothing would be disastrious.
Rob not only motivated me but I am glad to call him a friend. Well we came up with a slogan. 60 BY 60 ! My goal on my 59th birthday was to lose 60 lbs by my 60th birthday. It was a huge goal as I hadnāt exercised in years regularly. Well we did it! I say WE ! cause Rob motivated me in all the right ways from diet to working through minor injuries to supporting me when I didnāt lose a lb for a week. I am now about to turn 65 and I can honestly say I am not sure I would be around without Robert. He is the best!!!
